Le Cordon Bleu Programs at Texas Culinary Academy:

We offer three programs at TCA. Our Associate of Applied Science Degree Program in Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts emphasizes classical cooking methods and the qualitative aspects of food preparation, including nutrition and sanitation.

The Certificate Program in Le Cordon Bleu Pâtisserie & Baking offers hands-on training in pastry arts and baking skills taught in professionally equipped, contemporary kitchens.

The Certificate in Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts program can prepare you to work in a variety of food service industries, from hotels and restaurants to cruise ships and catering businesses.

Each culinary program includes a general education component designed to provide a solid academic foundation.
